Basically, Biden can not have OSHA proceed with any "Mandates" regarding 'vaccinating people or be out of a job', and can not have Federally funded Public Schools vaccinate the children.
NOW WE HAVE TO MAKE DAMN SURE EVERY LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD UNDERSTANDS THIS... Yes, I yelled that! Because it's important! And not everyone gets info at the speed we do.
As I read it this only covers the states in that circuit courts jurisdiction, Texas Louisiana and Georgia.

Thomas is the only conservative on the bench. Gorsuch is sort of there and Alito very occasionally shows up, but the Court is packed.
