Technically speaking, yes. Anyone who said there was "no fraud" is wrong, because there were instances of fraud that were caught and those fraudsters were arrested/fined. While it's misleading, MSM reports can be summarized as there was not enough fraud to alter the results of the election.

I agree that there was fraud, Arizona had a bunch of votes that had issues, as the audit proved, several times more then the difference between the 2 candidates.
