Oh, it's the *virus* causing these, not the vaccines.....

Is flu capable of taking out smell/taste? I got something and tested positive for covid and it took my smell/taste for a bit, I didn't think flu could do that. Idk though.
yes. common cold and flu. nobody ever paid attention to it, until covid19. and suddenly it's the ONLY defining feature of this allegedly deadly disease. laughable.
Gotcha. Yeah I do remember my taste being disrupted once from a sickness when I was a kid. When it started to come back ketchup and other strongly flavored sauces tasted absolutely bizarre lol.
Just a weird coincidence I guess, I happen to get a taste disrupting case of the flu after years of that not happening during the "pandemic". I'm still not 100% sure if covid just straight up isn't actually real but it certainly seems possible. Either way it's still a shitty meme virus.
Not quite, the flu is temporary in a sense you lose it when your nose is stuffed or still sick. The lack of smell and taste, brain fog and other symptoms lasts even after the disease is gone from your system.
Happened to my uncle.
