I found a wiki that lists the early 2000's mil spending from israel, it appears to roughly match what we are giving them. in 2010+ barack gave them 3.8b a year, the early 2000's shows anywhere between 700m and just under 3b a year of military spending send to american producers.
That seems kinda reasonable, but i dont know what the breakdown is of the rest of our support, if there is anything on top of the arms funds.
It's our only real foothold in the region. Same reason we sell arms to the Saudis.
