The end result of all this is real fucking racism. Boots to the head and such. I don’t think the Instagram generation is ready for actual racial pushback if it comes to it.
I don’t either. I was raised with the “judge by content of character” view and I still follow it. We went off the deep end when this “it’s ok to be vile and hateful to whites” garbage started
It’s funny that white’s are being tolerant because they’re following the words of a respectable black man and blacks are being weaponized because they’re following the words of deranged evil white bitches.
True. But it gets increasingly annoying to hear young black people invoking the past as if they lived it. They talk about race more than people who lived in decades past
It’s all just “power words”. The accusation of racism is a nothing more than an incantation cast upon vulnerable marks in order to fleece and destroy them.
You misspelled jews
Judging these people by their character arrives at the same destination as judging them based on uncharitable racial stereotypes. Thus we have the possibility of a lot of people getting fed up and shoving back while being completely justified even from within that moral framework.
I mean I can understand people getting fed up with all the race talk and how they are being openly racist and condoning cold blooded murder. I’m just saying I would never say all blacks think like this (although sadly way too many are taught this nonsense) just like I would never make assumptions about all whites or anyone else.
Whites are indoctrinated into suicidal dysgenic self-hatred. Blacks are indoctrinated into pathological performative victimhood.
Which demographic is not being programmed to destroy itself?
I get it, but the point I'm trying to make is that most Whites are still operating under that moral framework that's summarized by that MLK quote. Even within that framework there is ample justification to condemn and outright persecute a large portion of the Black population, because they are evil.
Twitter is mostly fake, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. If anything this is all designed to piss white people off so they can get a self fulfilling prophecy. The Root would do that.
What happens if everyone "judges by content of character" and it happens that, on average, people of certain racial groups have better or worse character than others? By definition our legal system would declare that "racial discrimination" due to "disparate outcomes" doctrine when in this hypothetical scenario no such racial discrimination had in fact occurred.
In this hypothetical universe the legal system would in fact be tilted in favor of finding racists everywhere, even if they in fact didn't exist. It may even have the side effect of not racist people becoming racist as they started to think to themselves "I know I'm not racist, and yet these differences exist. Maybe people are different"
But the idea that disparate impact is racist is absurd.
And yet our entire legal system in the US is based on that assumption.
You make a good point about people being different but individuals can surprise you. This also ties into the problem where people seem to fear holding people accountable
You think they don’t know? They claim meritocracy is racist because it disadvantages black people. What does that say of their estimation of blacks?
They know. Blacks are their tool to take and hold political power. Everything else is a lie.
The Woke know, and the Race Realists know; but their solutions are obviously incompatible.
Most other people think everything is purely cultural and that they can freely discriminate on that basis. But even if they're correct, if that culture correlates with race to a statistically significant degree the law would prohibit you from discriminating based on "culture" because that discrimination wouldn't equally affect all races.
It's those people I try to reach with that little elevator pitch.
Also, in my teens for a brief period I stupidly had negative feelings against whites. Also had the “everything is racist” syndrome Thank God I stopped that when I got more serious about the Bible/my faith.
I’m mostly black, but you are free to believe as you choose. Not everyone is the same, I get that.
I know you mentioned you are a Christian. How do you reconcile being racist with that? I totally agree people have differences but to make judgements about people you don’t know seems unfair. I mean you are obviously free to associate with who you want and I can see the anti-white agenda. That’s something that is hard to fight against because it’s very convenient for people to blame whites and not look at their own failures
