If you take fetish out of the equation they have nothing. Women do not have to have long hair, do not have to wear skirts or a dress to feel like a women and yet they feel like they have to. A women does not need or want to have a ton of makeup unlike a lot of trans.
My only conclusion is that is impossible for men to feel like a woman so the only logical conclusion is that it is just a fetish that is out of control.

So, gender is just a social construct and it doesn't matter if people make up a million ridiculous genders.
But also I had better not get your made up gender pronouns wrong because it's part of your very existence and even making an honest mistake is enough to force you to kill yourself.
