You realize they only sent in women because all the men were dead right? Its considered insulting and a sign of weakness when you put women in danger as an intentional strategy. It's not progressive when you are doing it due to desperation.
No, from the very onset. Germans reaction at the start of the war was in the form of the policy to always kill them immediately upon capture. This is why you never see them in POW camp pictures. They were always shot.
I thought they only had female snipers and that was late in to the war? Did they have front line soldiers,? It was to be expected from Russia since they treated humans as a disposable resource and they were running out of men.
Also hundreds of pilots and tankists and thousands of AA gunners (in strictly segregated units), and many hundreds of thousands of all sorts of support personnel and not just nurses (from comms to truck drivers to concentration camp guards).
World war 2 had a lot of female soldiers from Russia and other countries. I guess the Bolsheviks were more progressive than America back then.

Wasn't most of that just soviet propaganda? The kind of "haha even our women can kill you pussies".
I do not know. I know very little of ww2. I'm surprised that they had women flying planes at all. Neither US or UK had that as far as I know.
Allies had flying women but not in combat roles.
One of them was even killed by the Soviets in Katyn massacres. (https://ipn.gov.pl/en/news/4029,Janina-Lewandowska-the-only-servicewoman-murdered-in-Katyn.html)

Plus female partisans.
If you're going to blow smoke at least use the correct military parlance.
It's tanker.
Nope, it's tankist (танкист) not tanker.
It's like cosmonaut and not astronaut.
It was from the very early in the war, because they've been already trained in the Party shooting clubs.
They were also suffering horrific casualties, often dying on their first missions.
The night witches.
That was kind of cool. Actual cool stories about female soldiers in ww2, who would have thought.
the teenager and her mom who replaced 20 men in history going against a full base wasnt realistic enough for you ????

A sniper is a front line soldier right? Here's a (non-woke) wiki article on Russia's most successful female sniper. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lyudmila_Pavlichenko
Sorry she's not tradwife material.
It's almost like a desperate fight for survival makes you toss out your recruitment requirements.
bidens desire to draft females intensifies
