On Monday I saw an article that indicated the number of NY healthcare workers were going to get fired for not submitting to the vax mandate. Today it's "dozens".
I just saw United, which I think has 100k employees fired only 600. That's 0.6%.
Looks like a small percentage, 1% or less are actually willing to get fired over it. I was hoping for at least 5%, but even that is looking like a pipe dream.
It could be the media is lying about how many are actually being fired, but how long can the data actually be hidden for?
Does anyone else have evidence of more?
The media is always lying.
It is clear that none of the vaccinated numbers are honest.
Biden constantly says that only 25 percent of the population is not vaccinated but I don't buy that at all. They wouldn't be ramping up the pressure this much if they already controlled a full 75 percent already.
My guess is the real numbers are probably 50-60 percent vaxxed at most.
There are definitely more people that have chosen to avoid the poison vax than we are shown.
They want to make it look like those who have avoided the vax are a small minority and will be screwed. Classic glowie controlled media psyop.
I hope you are right, but people are so fucking weak. A coworker of mine who is generally based got it a few weeks ago so he could "travel easier".
I've started to pick up on the existence of a "Dissident, Inc". We of course know about ConInc, but there's also an equivalent within the Dissident Right/Reactionaries/Frogs/whatever you want to call that section of the internet. You could also call them "Regime Dissidents" in honor of Lew Rockwell's similar idea of the "Regime Libertarian".
These are the people who talk the talk and write the articles about the need to "organize" against the Regime (but give no concrete or actionable ideas on where to start) and some future time when people are going to "wake up" (but over what they never say). But everything they do conforms to the regime: they work for the regime with no apparent plan to separate themselves from it, change it, damage it from within, or build parallel institutions to it; and they conform to its rules and advocate others do the same in order to be better able to fight some future battle that never seems to come.
When my 70+ year old Facebook Conservative next door neighbor puts up more of a fight over vaccine mandates than some of these online "dissidents", something is wrong.
I was thinking of a lot of the people on this list. And specifically this comment from Greg Johnson.
Because at some point in the indeterminate future we're somehow going to "overthrow the system", but before we do we need to take our injections so we can...fly to conferences I guess. Because there's always a "more important battle" (what?) to fight.
There are two heuristics I'm starting to use to determine if someone is not "Dissident Inc":
I don't have to agree with those proposals or red lines because we're all trying to figure this shit out as we go and where we're going keeps changing, but the existence of those two things leads me to believe someone is acting in good-faith.
Watchlist examples:
Examples of Specific, Actionable proposals that don't get you on a watchlist:
Who's on your watchlist then if you don't mind me asking? Either for news or commentary
IIRC, the 75% vaxed number is if you include everyone who has had at least one dose, while the fully vaxed is indeed around 50%. And very little has made it budge over that amount, especially as a significant chunk of the country in terms of area (read: pretty much everywhere outside of major cities) is well and truly done and back at as close to normal as they can currently get with all of the shortages in effect.
I will re-iterate something I have been saying for the past few months. We are currently playing the largest game of Chicken in history. The Regime is betting that it can survive longer without all of its employees than its now fired employees can survive without jobs. And this game may be played for years.
The Regime is going to do everything in its power to appear to be in a position of strength in this game, because the first side who blinks loses. And one of the primary ways the Regime gets its way is by making its opponents think they are the only ones who are in opposition, and that everyone else is OK with the program. So regardless of the actual numbers of people who are fired, it is in their interest to make it seem like that number is much smaller; because if you think you're in a small minority then you are more likely to do what they want. And if enough people do that then the remaining holdouts truly will be in a small minority. "Fake it 'till you make it".
But sometimes they give the game away. If the number were truly small they wouldn't be talking about mobilizing the National Guard, or importing foreigners to fill gaps in the economy.
I don't know what the numbers are, and I don't care. I make my stand here and the consequences are what they are.
The peer pressure is working then. Here is Matt Christiansen highlighting 175 workers being fired (I know its WaPo but still) and that is out of 35,000 workers (375 suspended) according to the employer Novant. It's similar to the numbers from United Airlines quoted above, about 0.5%.

It's not enough, no where near enough...
It's very possible that they are not reporting on medical exemptions, possible religious exemptions, or whatever other exemptions they are handing out, which is probably lots. They can't fire 40% of their medical workforce because ACTUAL politicians occsaionally need emergency medicine too.
It also doesn't include the people who just straight up quit which you hear a lot.
Or possibly the hospitals are backing down, making exemptions, or just not going through with it. Maybe they said Okay time to get vaxxed, the employees said okay, then nothing happened. How do you enforce this short of holding people down at gunpoint and injecting them?
My company basically said "there's no law so no policy" and refused to take any stance. We're small enough we'll fly under the radar for now, and we're not the only ones.
How many are dropping out before the hammer drops just so they don't have to tell future employers that they've been fired at some point in their career?
You don't even need to fake anything. Here is what I bet happened:
HR: "Everyone needs to get injected now."
Principled employee: "NO WAY FUCK YOU NEVER NEVER NEVER!"
HR: "Okay that guy's fired, anyone else?"
Normal Employees: "Okay we'll get it."
HR: "Great" time passes "Well did you get it?"
Normal Employees: "Yep sure did."
HR: "Okay I need to see your cards."
Normal Employees: "First thing in the morning." never does anything
HR: "Eh whatever, I don't get paid enough for this shit."
Eh, big companies have the most sclerotic and inept HR. I'd be surprised if they ever got around to the verification.
Constructive dismissals. Shit like Tyson Foods' 'accomodations' for religious and medical exemptions being a year of unpaid leave aren't counted as firings. Yet. Once lawsuits hit we'll see if that changes.
