Peterson is right about violence underpinning all male interactions. It is only because we live in an emasculated society that casual violence is not more regular. The decline will continue as long as Men are not able to reassert themselves by practicing the casual use of appropriate violent action.
Appropriate being the key here. It used to be that you could engage in fisticuffs at a bar and maybe end up with a bloody nose and black eye. Now, some guys will curb stomp your skull if given the opportunity.
And other guys will recoil in horror at the thought of a fist. Both of these are undersirable. The best example of inappropriate violence is the school shooter, which is produced by the inability to practice casual violence with his peers, thanks to feminist zero tolerance policies, and the lack of proper fathers to guide him in the use of violence.
