The old fashioned way.
Talk to you neighbors, build rapport, create a local movement against the bullshit and build it up from there.
You don't need anything but to get up and do it.
Tech is a crutch and we don't need it, unlike our enemies.
I recommend moving if that's the case.
You could try to bring together the few remaining that stand opposed to the globalist order, but if you're in a heavy leftist area they'll probably just want to keep their heads down.
