A sitewide shutdown on it would mitigate measures. There would be less incentive for "embedded users" to remain, if every reason they show up has all been banned at once.
That said, I have a feeling OnlyFans wasn't blocked or banned by some work and/or school computers, and/or free wifi from some places that prohibit or curate your wifi... So they will likely lose a fair chunk just because the Hub will be a commonly banned website by comparison.
