If there's something there the best that could be done is if the Senate races are in question are to decertify and recall those two senators until such time as new elections can be held giving the Senate a 50 - 48 majority and allowing McConnell to do what he's best at: being a roadblock.

That isn't entirely true.
At the very least it would stop the Democrats trying to backdoor in all the new voting legislation and would set off audits across the country.
