Well the ramifications of PROVEN fraud vs ACCUSED fraud are totally different.
It will also ramp up China, the Taliban and Russia's public mockery of our voting systems, which will piss off a lot of people in the center.
If you remove their ability to guarantee a victory, even in the midterms, you'll see a much different approach from them.
