I'm posting my Reddit post here if people want to actually see what I actually did.
Dear fellow users:
We regret to inform you that u/AntonioOfVennice has been permanently suspended while engaged in moderating actions on the 5th of August 2021 due to what we believe may have been enemy action. Unfortunately, he was suspended for explaining the justification of a comment removal to a user.
To be clear: it was this explanation of Reddit rule enforcement which is a bannable offense. I can't tell you which rule he was explaining, because that would require me to do the same thing that got him banned: explain the rule.
[DoM's note: He told a user that Reddit removes comments that assert that transgenders have mental illness. Which they do. See the comments section for the actual image]
WHEREFORE: The rule I'm not allowed to explain to you has been made officially made into: THE SECRET RULE. You are not allowed to discuss this SECRET RULE, otherwise your comment will be removed. You are also not allowed to violate THE SECRET RULE, and I'm not allowed to tell you what it is. All references to THE SECRET RULE have been redacted as SECRET.
Now... I can't in good conscience punish you for violating THE SECRET RULE since I'm not allowed to tell you what THE SECRET RULE actually is. You have to... discover it by violating it, I guess?
In case you were wondering if Reddit is a fucking Kafkaesque nightmare site,
the answer is yes.
Will AoV appeal? Yes. Will that appeal be granted? Unknown.
Anyways, here is a listing of the latest proscriptions from Reddit if you weren't aware of what they already were:

Thanks to u/BandageBandolier 's suggestion on our Win site, feel free to use BBC Pidgen version of the Orange Man site: "De Donalt dut ween". That means you can't use the English translation of DeDonalt.ween nor De Donalt dut ween.
Also, I am going to re-implement our old Border Security proceedure. New users and users who have little posting history on the sub will be permanently suspended if they violate a sitewide.
You do realize it's much less searchable here, right? Yes, Reddit is fagtarded, but there is something to be said for keeping a foothold there. Reddit is normie, but that means there's normies to potentially recruit. They want us deplatformed, and emigrating to here in many ways would count as deplatforming. I think keeping both sites alive as long as possible is a good goal. No matter how cucked Reddit is.
This site doesn't even have a decent functioning "context" (post and immediate parent) view for comments.
Yeah, there's a lot missing here, and the whole domain is a target of TPTB. It's great that we have it, and it's great that it's in use, but there's still plenty missing here, not even getting into that Google et al. make it really hard to even find, if you don't know that you specifically want to be here.
.win is great, but will likely always be niche. As cucked as Reddit is, it's not a replacement. It's, at least for now, a surrender.
Yes. But also no.
What do we win by being isolated and starved of new people who might share our views?
Gatekeeping has its place, absolutely, but it should be our choice, and not the choice of the megacorps.
I'll never cheer on censorship, and that's exactly what this is.
God this irritates me the most about this network.
No, they think they want us deplatformed.
The reality is that the sooner everyone who thinks like we do is off the santized reservation provided by the silicon valley tech giants, the sooner we are all speaking freely, the sooner we can build assabiyah.
The sooner we can get back to targetting advertisers and causing real disruption, instead of circlejerking.
Hm, maybe. It would be more likely were alternatives not targeted through other areas of infrastructure like payment platforms, hosting servers, and everything else someone can be hamstringed by. Decentralization works well for this unsurprisingly enough since when information is itself free the access and discourse of that information is likewise free.
I don't accept your narrow, google-centric concept of what the internet is.
You're talking to a veteran of the pre-Netscape era. I used usenet and gopher when that was what we had to work with.
So don't sit there and tell me that "oooooh it's less searchable". Fuck search. I used the internet for fifteen years before actually working search existed.
Ooh, we got a badass over here.
Censorship is censorship. I don't care if you can bypass it. You do realize 90% of people can't right? Normies are annoying, but they're also who you need, if you want anything to change. At least some of them.
I don't fucking care about your credentials. This is censorship, probably literally on a scale never before seen in human history. That's sort of a big deal.
NOT YOUR DOMAIN, NOT YOUR VOICE
You have a flawed concept of what the internet is, one that gives google metaphorical weight which I deny them.
You would kowtow to a power.
I'd replace the fucking power with a new power.
That's why you lose.
Fair enough, and we do need to bypass Google. But we should also still call them out.
But they've already achieved, and currently possess such weight. Should we try to take that from them? Sure. But how you personally feel about them doesn't change their current weight on the net.
Naw, but I recognize power.
How does pretending that that power doesn't exist, and that you can bypass it by sheer willpower work?
Maybe. Or maybe it's why you lose. Google is massive. You have to recognize that. Hate them for it if you want, but they're massive.
I was there for all those things too, and from one grandpa to another: your views are outdated and wrong. You've won nothing, and instead of making any effort to speak to hearts and minds, all you've done is say I REFUSE and pretend that your view of reality makes it so.
At least the other guy is trying.
The other guy is trying in a way that will never work.
Network effect and word of mouth is what makes sites work, not cooperating with other sites that are quietly stabbing you in the back.
