There's apparently an interesting twist, in that mother/daughter doesn't legally count as "incest" in Virginia, and this Chris Chan person identifies as a woman.

Not going to happen but in a parallel timeline that didnt suck this case would go to the supreme court who would rule that delusional men aren't women even if they say they are
