There is a reason why comradery seems to be male oriented, does not seem to come natural to women (I've not verified this so take it as a weak theory)

That's probably why "girl power", "girls have to stick together", and "believe all women" became such powerful memes, when it would be totally laughable to guys. They overcompensate and shout that all women must be allies to all other women, because they know it's not true. Women fake it until they make it.
