I'm sure this is going to do wonders for criminals. Picture the blackest man walking up to a cash register with a credit card for "Samantha O'Hagan" and getting pissed that the cashier doubts that it's his. Suddenly a minimum wage goon is fired for trying to prevent some mugged chick taking credit fraud on top of the robbery, battery, and rape.
Samantha? They always pick the most feminine names. Tiffany. Scarlett. They believe it compensates for their five o'clock shadow.

Ah, I see it now. But a black guy starting to call himself 'Samantha O'Toole' is so 'transgender'. They switch names almost as often as they attempt suicide. Edward McKinnon? No, Rachel McKinnon. No, Veronica IVy.
I can testify to that. Dude I was friends with for several years and an acquaintance with for a couple decades more decided that he was trans after several years of indoctrination by his local SJW clan. "She" is on at least "her" second name since deciding to go prancing around in dresses and grow "her" hair out, and I've stopped paying attention to "her" insanity.
