Well of course he does. The Democrats have been in the pocket of the Red Chinese since the 90s. There's no other reason why Bill Clinton would have normalized economic relations with them, except that the leftist traitors in the West needed a new ideological sugar daddy after the USSR dissolved.
Normalized? They got the highest priority privileged status.
It means that, prior to Clinton, the Red Chinese were under the same effective economic sanctions that the USSR had been. Namely that they weren't allowed to invest in U.S. companies and so forth.
