Is that true about the lightning? Crazy if true.
Probably lower for blacks - it’s mainly white people who are getting struck by lightning. Inner cities are probably safe

Or swimming. Lightning hits the highest object, and in a lake, that's your arm sticking out in a backstroke.
Around 500 are struck by lightning in the US each year, with around 10% of strikes fatal. 96 is plausible, since fatal strikes weren't stipulated in the infographic.
