He forgot to say "Even when every single fact backs you up."
He tweets this way on purpose so it's like a political Rorschach test- you see what you want to see from it. It can be read as both "You will receive justice when you fuck up" and at the same time "No matter how well you performed, we'll throw you under the bus if the mob cries hard enough"
No, his audience knows exactly what he's doing. He talks about it all the time on his show. He does it to troll the brainless NPCs on Twitter.
He does usually try to avoid banbait.

Wonder if he realizes that him, Lyds and all his hippy friends will be in mass graves along with the rest of us wrong thinkers in 10 years and semi ambiguous tweets won't be enough to save him.
