Edit - Oh, for fuck's sake. The LGBTQ2IA+ flag is the one with the Black & Brown power strip. That's not what was in the name, it what the flag was translated to when I posted it in .win.
It's not the website, it's that whatever emoji library they are using automatically translates the regular sex communist flag to the racial-sex communist flag by default.

Looking at the library, it looks like it's not the racial one, it looks like Microsoft's version of the flag has a weird black outline.
