It's not the website, it's that whatever emoji library they are using automatically translates the regular sex communist flag to the racial-sex communist flag by default.

Looking at the library, it looks like it's not the racial one, it looks like Microsoft's version of the flag has a weird black outline.

Oh...right. Microsoft outlines all their emojis in black for some reason.
