Jonathan Haidt's moral foundation theory would have predicted this;
Pro loli: Rely primarily on fairness and harm/care. In the production of child pornography, a child is exploited. This is a type of harm and child pornography is, therefore, immoral. However, lolis are not actual people and can't be harmed. Therefore, producing sexual images of them is morally acceptable.
Anti loli: Rely on all five foundations, with purity being the most important one for our purposes. Mixing children and sexuality is taboo, period. Sexual drawings of loli mix children and sexuality, therefore they are immoral.
