I can think of a few which involve those responsible for shutting down the nation for a year. Though strangely (surprisingly?) they haven't materialized.
Nothing really new on that. Reminds me of the Muslim guy who shot up that gay nightclub and many suspect that he may have been a closeted gay dude who had a morale dilemma on the issue.
Then again, doing it in the first place is fucking weird.
I've yet to see the elusive "understandable, have a nice day" spree killing motive.
But we live in strange times so I'm not writing off the possibility yet.

The only motive that fits that description is "they were all actively trying to kill me!"
