They're gaslighting political outsiders, undecideds and moderates into believing AOC is a moderate position, so by arguing against AOC, they can slander you as being an extremist. If you don't argue against AOC by saying she isn't enough of a radical leftist, we know what wing of extremism they'll slander you as. Falsely calling Establishment Democrats "right-wing" allows people who are further left than the DNC to feel like they're "sticking it to the man" when they criticise the Democrats, despite the fact they will always vote DNC.
