Do you have to provide a phone# to create an account? If you just make one up will that work?
Since you can't view Parler without an account, is it a usable simple interface? I thought Gab was a mess, don't like ruqqus either, and I'm allergic to creating new accounts anyway.
I don't have one simply because of the required phone number. You can use temporary numbers like MySudo or something, but I'm not interested enough to do that.

Parler... needs some work. They're like 75% there but it has issues.
Don't bother with Parler, not only do you need to attahc a phone number, there's already rumours of it being a honeypot. Go use Mastodon.
