Many on the left are dumb as rocks, even their leaders. Don't put it past them to try and jail Trump at the state level.
The state level I could maybe see them trying to get that ball rolling, but I think the deep state would quickly squash it. Maybe I'm wrong.
The deep state would endorse it! They are salivating at the chance to round up all the Pro-Trump supporters and send them to prison. The media would call it a victory for Democracy and the ignorant masses would applaud the deep state.
They'd love it if they knew they'd get away with it, but Trump is simply too popular right now for that to happen.
