These people campaigned hard to get religion out of schools only to bring in their secular religion, complete with its own original sin of being born straight/white/male/etc., to replace it.
I've been more of a parallelist myself, but I just don't see what actions would possibly even change the rate of change. The left seems perfectly able to accelerate on their own. Indeed they seem unable to not do so.
Not really soon enough. I'm not even an accelerationist because I suspect that I know what's about to happen. That being said, there is a point where if you can't get away, you do have to head straight into it.
There are few, if any, private schools in America. They all suck hard at the government tit and follow the party line to the letter. Progressivism is syncretic.
While I'd love to see this suit come to completion and have the school get bitch-slapped like it deserves to be, I'd bet anything that this ends up getting settled out of court by the school backing down and giving the kid a passing grade & diploma, with the grounds that the mom and kid both shut up about it. The cult of CRT doesn't want the light of justice shined on their bullshit. Those roaches will run and hide the moment anyone tries to take them down in the legal sense because they know they don't currently have a leg to stand on.
I have never accepted the idea that a school can compel a student to identify their protected statuses or medical history as part of some insane "inclusion" effort.
Let's say that some kid is intersex or gay. They're probably at least sexually confused when young and adolescent. You want to force these kids to declare their sexuality or sex when they're not even sure? Why: because you want to feel like a fucking hero.
"Shut up you stupid fucking Tranny! You're not gay, you just want to be a woman. Now thank me for educating you!"
And with that same argument, why the hell should the school be allowed to compel me to reveal anything else? No, I don't have to tell you my pronouns or my gender if you haven't figured them out for yourself. I don't even have to tell you my religion, national origin, or disability status. The last one is most certainly none of your business as my medical information isn't just protected by Civil Rights, it's protected by fucking HIPPA.
Frankly, I'd try going after the school for those violations even more than constitutional arguments. If you force my kid to reveal that he's intersex, disabled, or has gender dysphoria: I'd bet that's a violation of his rights to privacy on his medical history.
Ordinarily i wouldn't put the race in the title. The only reason I did here is because the complaint comes from someone of a race that the organizers likely believed would benefit from their indoctrination therapy. In this case, it adds a layer to the story.

Either all of it is acceptable, or none of it is.
They never objected to religion - just Christianity.
They love evil religions like Islam. They hate good and reason because they're just pure evil.
Well... isn't this completely fucked? You must act as if you're oppressed, even if you don't want to.
How much further before we hit complete institutional collapse?
There is but one way out of this mess, and one road to follow. Accelerate!!!

I believe all charter schools are funded with public monies.

Teachers are generally "liberal". The private school I grew up in is doing similar shit.
Sadly true.

I wouldn't settle, in this case. Take it all the way and push their shit in with legal damages and court costs. It's not about the diploma.
Settling would end the practice. It might be just enough.
I like the complaint here.

I'm sure that one day we'll get to a point where we don't feel the need to put the race of someone that's not white in our titles.
