I’m no great fan of Pornhub or that industry in general but it’s obvious the accusations against it were highly coordinated on a large scale. It’s the same story we’ve seen over and over again surrounding GG, and it sets off my bullshit alarm like little else. Especially given NYT broke the story.
Twitter already does. Within minutes of creating a Twitter account they locked it with the lie of suspected bot activity demanding a phone number to unlock it.
This touches on what Candice Owen was trying to do with her online ID thing a while ago. Where she then got the biggest pushback from Zoe of all people because the grifter realized just how utterly fucked her sockpuppeting would be if it actually went ahead.
That Owen then received various threats in an email she had barely disclosed lends suggestion that Zoe tried to then do exactly that with sockpuppets but as with many of these things it can be hard to genuinely prove.
