As much as I hate getting stuck with a needle, I can still tolerate injections. Blood draws aren't a problem so long as I don't see the needle going in. Hell, I used to donate blood four times a year until I got put on medicine for high blood pressure. This? Fainting several minutes after getting stuck? Yeah, that doesn't exactly engender confidence in the vaccine as a whole.
Don't get me wrong - I'm not some sort of anti-vax nutball that thinks they give kids autism, are injecting tracking chips, or some similar bullshit - but I'm steering clear of the WuFlu vaccinations until they've at least been out in the wild for several months and several hundred thousand injections. They can claim the vaccine is safe all they want, but in my mind it still looks like a rushed job that hasn't had enough study time put behind it.
Hell, I'm a straight, white, middle-aged, middle-class dude. They'll probably put me so low on the totem pole that it'll be another decade before I can even apply to get it because I've already had my "privileged" time on this planet.
