They're probably a bit disappointed they're not going to use that extreme cold military training Justin gave them.
I'm still in disbelief about that. Can you imagine Russian VDV jumping with the 82nd? Or Iranian forces training alongside the USMC?
This is worse because Canada has a climate radically different than anything available in China, which is their primary defense. This is like France inviting German engineers to inspect the Maginot Line and ask technical questions.

There was a German training camp in CFB Shilo in Manitoba from 1974 to 2000 so this isn't really much of a surprise.
