More like the culture of Cyberpunk itself is fetishising trans and sex culture stuff, which does fit with in universe. But that also comes back to bite any review saying "Cyberpunk doesn't go far enough for representation, blah blah," and then they show a video of Johnny saying he'll fuck people.
Just wanna highlight the double standards. Highest cupsize in the game is a C, which they would claim is "Unrealistic" yet slobber over Johnny like he's a piece of meat.
Also the fucking pronouns and different anatomy during character creation is just cringe.
It's honestly partly going to be an animation and modeling concern. Big tits need different fashion designs in order to look realistic, they need to have animation bones because tits aren't blocks of wood, etc.
Same! To me, I wanna be ridiculously hot, but since I personally can't, I will be in a game. Fuck it. I'm not gonna demand the world bow to me like these SJW idiots, I'm gonna work towards being what I want to be.
I don't understand this controversy. Wouldn't the gender brigade be happy that they included a tranny poster? Why did they get mad about it? I am missing something.
Every time a tranny complains about objectification/fetishization/commodification, I genuinely wonder if they have any fucking clue whatsoever about people think.
Anime traps did more to normalize ladyboys in 10 years than their activism accomplished in 50.

I genuinely had no opinion on trans anything ten, maybe at little as five years ago. Live and let live, I figured. Today, I know they're all quite mentally unwell and have high co-morbidity with other mental illnesses, they're mostly or all sexual perverts, and they're mostly power-hungry wanna-be-tyrants who want to jail anyone who doesn't agree to play be the rules of their fetish fantasy. Oh, and they want to make it as easy as possible for vulnerable kids who would outgrow it when they hit puberty to get as fucked up as they are, and make it illegal for their own parents to stop them. And this change of opinion was almost entirely due my exposure to trans activism. So almost anything has done a better job with trans relations than actual trans activists.
One part of it is extortion, they will complain about anything if it gets their foot in the door to "fix" things. It starts with "Just change this one poster" and then they take a mile.
The answer they may give is that it makes fun of or objectifies trans people I suppose. It doesn't matter the reasons they say, they're upset that the devs would try and make something like that without being "approved" first.
Ahh interesting so they are basically saying how dare your portray us without our approval/blessing then right? When I first saw the poster I thought they would claim that as a win and laugh at the rest of us for "stealing" our non sjw game. Nothing makes sense to me anymore.
They are grifters. You have to drop big money on literally whos' charities to have a chance at good propaganda, but it will never be enough to satisfy them all.
God forbid the video game about an imperfect city full of fucked up, corrupt people be allowed to contain imperfect fantasy advertising that actually matches the atmosphere, visually and idealisticlly.
It's ironic that the left looks only skin deep at something like this even though it's a detail of a greater, entirely fictional whole and find themselves offended, but if something were more neutral and didn't acknowledge whatever lgbtqp++ agenda at all, they'd forensically dissect every detail in the game, line of code on the disc, and invent sone new paradigm of thought to indicate why it's absence should leave them offended.
Polygon and Kotaku would write articles beating it to death until naughty dog's next game hits shelves.
I decided to go ahead and play it since I have it and all and usually things that the people who have to count every frame and do resolution analysis on every texture go way beyond what I care about anyway.
I'm going to struggle making a political analysis of this game though at least it seems that way so far. I'm just not enough up on the subject matter to pick out the difference between true to the story and pushing an agenda. I wouldn't be mad about a "1984" for pushing a woke agenda for being like the book after all. In a couple hours so far I'd say it's a leftist paradise simulator. But then again is that not the Cyberpunk subject matter?
Outside of that, genitalia doesn't really rule my life so the character creator didn't bother me I made a normal white dude. I didn't go review tit sizing or penises because I just don't care. I am disappointed that I couldn't shoot someone's cat though. Considering I could shoot the owner of the cat I should be able to shoot the cat.
Leftist paradise simulator in the sense that the city is a dysfunctional mess, sure. Citizens could call the police or not, most live in squalid conditions, legitimate healthcare is only for the wealthy, and you can loot at least 3 types of dildos just finding them out on the sidewalk.
If they wanted to go all the way, they would keep the guns in the game but remove the legal gun stores.
Yeah, I suppose I meant leftist paradise simulator in the way of not the magic utopia they think they are getting, but the real world they are actually going to get. That therein may be part of the problem in that the ones that support their new world have no ability to see this is what they get anyway. I've only played three hours or so, and so far I would not say the world has been presented as a nice place to live. I could see some pink haired freak man-woman it-person thinking it would be a great place to live though.
I was quite surprised to see the gun shop large and brightly presented as the "2nd Amendment" store. I figured for sure you'd have to procure weapons from a trunk of a car in an alley.

wtf, chicks can have dicks but not big tits ?
??

All that bouncing would need special animation handling, I agree.
As a female, I think I should have every right to play as Jessica Rabbit, and make my own bouncy boobie jokes.
Same! To me, I wanna be ridiculously hot, but since I personally can't, I will be in a game. Fuck it. I'm not gonna demand the world bow to me like these SJW idiots, I'm gonna work towards being what I want to be.
Well, it's because they're such shitty people that pixels are actually viable competition with their "companionship".
