By the way this was the subject of one of Grey's Anatomy episodes. I unfortunately had to watch the early seasons with my wife, back when she was just my girlfriend. I would not be surprised if that scene had the same black+ asian + jewish team going on.

Obviously, that second sentence refers to Goering and not the doctor. Just like Adam said that a Jewish doctor operating on the prison Nazis would not make them any less Nazi, the same applied to Goering.
i would say making up fiction, spraying paint on your own property and hurting yourself to make stories up about made up nazis is a bit different from simply hating nazis.
