I think there will be more riots than over George Floyd and media will get even crazier. If he does take it to the court I hope he has proof. Most sane people can see something fishy was going on but hopefully his team has evidence

I don't think the SCOTUS would rule in his favor without evidence. That won't mean anything to the braindead "Russia Russia Russia!" folks, as they've heartily proven. However, it will be the greatest happening of our time, and Trump will be the legitimate commander in chief.
Never underestimate Thomas's chance to pen the greatest fuck you to Joe Biden 30 years in the making...
That being said the path to victory is to keep the battles going in the courts until the middle of December at which point there can't be electors appointed for several states and it goes to congressional delegations. GOP will have to be pressured not to cuck out, but by the Constitution they can elect him President.
However if that happens the Rubicon is crossed and this is going brother against brother, neighbor against neighbor and is going to get ugly fast.
Thomas is a fair and principled jurist. He's not going to treat Biden any differently from Trump, regardless of how Biden treated him in the past.
I don't think that's how it works. The whole reason Bush vs. Gore ordered a permanent stop to the recounts is because the judges said that there would not be enough time for a recount before the deadline. Whatever happens is not going to extend past the deadline, so Trump and his lawyers have to make something happen soon.
In theory, if a state weren't able to appoint electors before the deadline, it would potentially create a situation where neither candidate is at 270, though, correct? I agree it's highly unlikely, but it is 2020.
deadline is 14 December for this. not sure if is the same for all states.
That's the best-case scenario at this point, though I think some GOP'ers (e.g. Cheney) will end up voting Biden because they claim he won the election.
The state legislature can appoint any electors they want. It would very likely cause a real civil war, but they could do it if the courts don't act and there's enough proof of fraud.
I tried looking this up a few days ago, and found a radical left-source that still made a valid argument that if they have already provided for a way to assign electors, they cannot turn around and then change who the electors are without the governor signing the bill.
But it may be decided by the SCOTUS. Still, the PA GOP has said it will not do that.
What does "without evidence" mean to you?
