Fisticuffs and fires are far less dangerous than a single grenade, let alone the amount they get. And even then, tit for tat both are pretty far down the horrific scale, so its just subjectivity to really compare it.
The point is not that grenades are good, it's that just like the gang shootings that take place in say Baltimore, they are ordinary crime and gang warfare. The radical left has a long record of defending criminals and refusing to crack down on crime, claiming that society is to blame for gang shootings instead.
For that reason, I regard Malmo as business as usual. Even then, there are not masses of Swedish idiots defending or justifying what happens in Malmo. Denial is the worst you're going to get.
