Atm I guess their presidential nominee will be Governor Wes Moore of MD

Black man, veteran, businessman and governor.

He ticks a lot of boxes.

Whitmer's approval rating right is now not that good even in her own state according to even a CNN exit poll.

49/48

Nearly split half and half.

I think she would flop as a presidential candidate after her weird feeding Doritos video mocking Catholics.

The more people see of Kamala Harris, the less they like her.

Her running a full campaign will make her performance this year look impressive for her.

I cannot wait to win even NJ and VA on top of the states we won in 2024 with Vance if they actually run Kamala again!

My condolences to anyone still living in CA, Kamala would be even worse than Gavin Newsom.

Harris likely will not get past the beginning of the 2028 Dem presidential primaries.

CA governor is the only thing Harris could actually win.

May God have mercy on California.

I followed Eric Daugherty this cycle for his comprehensive election coverage.

He is a journalist working for the Florida Voice News and he is relatively objective with regards to MAGA compared to other biased journalists.

Discount his coverage at your own peril.

Trump said he would pardon them all when he was running.

If he doesn't ultimately save them all, I will likely agree with your take on him.

8
onetruephilosoraptor 8 points ago +21 / -13

He needs to save every single one of them.

They wouldn't be in this mess if not for him.

He told them to show up on J6.

Something is wrong with the world if any of his most loyal followers have to rot in prison over J6 while Trump gets to enjoy being President again.

A blanket pardon is the only way to save all of them.

A case by case approach likely means some of them will be sacrificed.

onetruephilosoraptor 6 points ago +14 / -8

Trump has always been a Zionist. That has nothing to do with freeing his most ardent supporters.

Have you read what some of the released J6 prisoners said about their time in prison.

Absolutely horrific stories

Trump needs to save them all

It is a huge betrayal of the people who fought the most for him if Trump doesn't save them all.

They showed up because he told them to show up.

This is Trump's worst cabinet pick imo.

Bessent literally worked for George Soros at Soros Fund Management

He is a wealthy Wall street elite who is truly untrustworthy imo

I personally think Pam Bondi will turn out to be a fine choice based on what I learned about her record.

She seems like an actual Trump loyalist. She supported him even during the primary in 2016.

She was effective as Florida AG as well.

Trump has said in various interviews that AG is the most important cabinet pick for him.

It would be soul crushing if he fucks up the AG pick.

I really hope Sundance is just sperging out and connecting dots that should not be connected.

Kristi Noem is a horrific pick for anything

This bitch is a corporatist shill and a puppy killer.

We have never had someone who was not a interventionist/neo-con as Secretary of State for my entire lifetime.

Lawrence Eagleburger, Warren Christopher, Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Rex Tillerson, Mike Pompeo and Anthony Blinken.

Marco Rubio is somewhat better than this rogues gallery at least.

Ric Grenell is much worse than Liddle Marco

We wouldn't have the House in 2022 without Zeldin.

Zeldin will be fine at the EPA.

There is nothing wrong with the Zeldin EPA pick.

Rubio, I myself have some reservations about him but he was better than the other person who was in contention for the post, Ric Grenell, who wanted to drone strike Julian Assange and Edward Snowden

Zaun and Piltover are basically a stand in for the wealthy elites vs working class/poor

The main conflict is basically a old fashioned class war.

The main characters of the show have always been Vi and Jinx with some focus on supporting characters Caitlyn, Jayce and Viktor.

-1
onetruephilosoraptor -1 points ago +1 / -2

Vi and Caitlyn are White lesbians and they have a very dysfunctional relationship.

Jayce is brown(Latino) and he is in a heterosexual relationship with a Black girl from Noxus

We only have two couples and thus we got 0/2 for straight White couples

onetruephilosoraptor 1 point ago +1 / -0

The existence of a gay or lesbian character is not a guaranteed sign of wokeness.

Woke narratives shit on heterosexuality and demonize it while celebrating homosexuality.

The show doesn't do that at all

There is grey morality in this season as well.

Everyone has their reasons for doing what they are doing

We fucking did it!

Let's go Trump

Vance is phenomenal in this Joe Rogan interview.

He will most likely be the GOP nominee for President in 2028 and I will be completely happy about this

I doubt if anyone like DeSantis or Youngkin would have a shot against this guy

Vance is one of the most relatable people I have ever seen in politics

He is wicked smart, an effective communicator and has been handpicked by Trump to be his successor.

I don't see anyone beating him in a GOP primary if Trump wins this upcoming election.

onetruephilosoraptor 2 points ago +2 / -0

I didn't slander Trump supporters.

I will admit that I got into frequent stupid arguments on this site with ardent Trump supporters and when it got heated I reacted poorly and called some of them Trump cultists.

It was a poor choice of words that I used. I regret using those words.

I was not accusing them of anything or lying about them.

I think slander is the wrong word to use.

The vaccine mandates from the Dems which has cost me a job gave me a mild form of Trump Derangement Syndrome as Trump was technically responsible for Operation Warpspeed

I have overcome this over time and don't hate Trump for this anymore.

I think he messed up with COVID but I don't hate him for it anymore.

I will acknowledge that I went too hard in my support of Ron DeSantis during the primary.

I underestimated Trump's support in the GOP massively.

Ron got rekt in the primary in Iowa. He didn't win a single county even.

The recent Trump McDonald's fry making event and the Trump in the garbage truck were once in a lifetime events and it made me realize that these are things that only Trump can pull off without looking contrived and fake.

I am starting to think Trump is a much stronger candidate than Ron DeSantis when it comes to a national race even with Trump's baggage.

DeSantis signing that 6 weeks abortion ban could have made a national campaign very difficult to run.

DeSantis does not have Trump's charisma or have any dedicated national base either.

I don't regret supporting DeSantis in the primary but I admit that Trump has proven me wrong with regards to his higher than ever polling numbers, favorable betting odds and overall pro Trump vibes I see in public recently.

Trump has even won the support of Elon Musk himself.

I certainly will admit when I am wrong about things.

I am not going to apologize for backing a different candidate in the primary though.

I support our nominee in the general election and I am looking forward to a Trump victory soon.

onetruephilosoraptor 1 point ago +1 / -0

I am fully supporting our Republican nominee Donald J. Trump.

I even voted early in person for Trump in Texas.

You should be happy about this not trying to take a petty shot against me.

Trump is so relatable on this episode of Joe Rogan's podcast.

It is worth a watch.

Mark Robinson is the current Lt governor of NC and he is great on policy and is very charismatic.

The NCGOP are literally sabotaging Mark Robinson's campaign in plain daylight.
