That might be your first breath, but over the course of a minute the numbers continue to rise

I can’t even imagine the asi one logic she must be using to explain how higher carbon dioxide levels all day long don’t cause brain fog. I bought a carbon dioxide detector to see if my thin cotton masks were better for my kids to use for back to school. At 1k per million it starts beeping. Oops my house was 1200. I opened windows and got it down to around 400. Sitting still no talking with my mask on very loosely and this big contraption pushed into the side of the mask for the reading and it hit 5,000! This was after my house was already aired out! The only one that was within acceptable limits was basically a piece of tulle (like simple lace). Imagine if I was in a room with 15-30 other kids all day what the levels would be!

Even the EPAhas a term for breathing too much carbon dioxide while indoors Sick Building Syndrome and that was levels up to 2500 parts per million. Half of my mask! https://www.epa.gov/indoor-air-quality-iaq/associations-between-indoor-carbon-dioxide-concentrations-and-sick-building
