I mean according to this article that's what it says but according to other articles i've read both japanese men and women were doing this and getting sole custody. At any rate i think any foreign influence on other countries politics is bad especially if its coming from the woke West .
i've seen cases of Japanese men running off and then getting sole custody of the kid. It happens within Japan itself as well with foreigners living in Japan. There was an article i saw before which had examples of cases of the men doing it as well as the women .
the original laws were that whoever is the last parent to see the child often gets to keep the child. So foreigner race mixers who didn't know the Japanese laws will get punished when the Japanese parent runs off with the children.
