Back in 2014 gamers, myself included, were trying to defend women in videogames, they just need to not go overboard. I was ok with a little crap but not to much. Journalists are the real issue I was telling myself. Turned a blind eye to all the woke stuff that was already part of the new normal.
We failed to understand how bad it was. We thought people had some good intention and underestimate the sheer hatred of white men that was boiling under the entire industry. They would definitely change their mind if we exposed the hypocrisy we thought.

Not sure what paint you've been sniffing but Euro economy is not going that well. I'm, strangely enough, working for a German company and the auto industry is collapsing, everyone is cutting cost left and right, startups are failing at record rates.
Germany being the strongest economy and it's struggling hard does not give me confidence in Eurozone.
With Trump securing the boarders and encouraging drilling for oil, the US dollar looks way better then the Euro.
