Flaggots is what we called the color guard when I was in high school, we'd probably be charged with a hate crime today.
There was one named bone daddy's in Dallas, the BBQ was as amazing as their shorts were small.
I did the antibody test for my daughter over Christmas break for the same reason.
She "had covid" just before Thanksgiving, it was so mild I suspected it was a false positive, but her antibody test was positive.
This was confirmed as how the major hospital system in my city was handling it on the numbers they were showing.
Have somebody admitted and you test them every day? That positive test adds to the total each day.
I think the key is subsection 3a.
This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593. This section applies only to an adult who transfers a firearm to a person under 18 years of age if the person under 18 years of age is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593 or to an adult who is in violation of s. 941.28.
I'm no lawyer, but I read that to mean "this doesn't count for rifles or shotguns unless:
- it's a short barreled rifle or shotgun (941.28) -stuff about hunting( 29.304 and 29.593)
If you have any interest in shooting clays (or bird hunting) get a field barrel version then pick up a short barrel. Assuming a removable barrel like a Mossberg, the security barrel (18.5", no choke) is much cheaper to add (and easier to find) than the longer barrel, but the guns new cost about the same with either barrel.
This depends on the state's laws. In some states, violating the posting is a crime. In others it's not. I'm not sure what the rule says in Indiana, but if I carried past the signs in Michigan I'm at worst looking at a trespass charge if I'm found out and refuse to leave when asked.
