There is an internal conflict still being waged in the DNC.

There are three factions fighting; the old Clinton Democrats, Obama faction and the Progressive Socialist faction.

This latest newsrelease gives the Progressive faction and the Clinton Democrats more leverage in this conflict.

Who knows how they will use this to their advantage?

The other two factions in the DNC might use this to push Biden out and put in one of their own.
