For people who complain about the supposed lack of safe and sufficient medical care for women, they are masters at diminishing medical concerns. They do the same with abortion. Making it sound like a dentist's appointment doesn't help women, but makes people less cautious around a medical procedure that needs attention and care.
Sure, maybe saying it's no biggie may make you feel better about your decisions emotionally, but we rightfully scold people who don't take care of themselves when they get the flu or something, so why is this different?
Diminishing women's accomplishments is also a really fun feminist activity. Sure, pregnancy is something that happens. But it's still not easy or fun or nothing. Where is the talk about emotional labour and unpaid work? Carrying a child is something.
These people have no idea bout any of that, they just want to be congratulated for existing and hate those who actually accomplish or contribute something.
They are unproductive hedonists justifying their psychopathic tendencies. The struggle isn't between economic classes; it is between the extractive parasites and the producers, which transcends social strata.
Remember when the major argument behind legalizing abortion was it's necessary because people kept dying from backstreet hack jobs and regulating the industry was the only way to ensure the safety of a serious medical procedure?
If not, don't worry, those history books will be burnt by the end of the year anyway, and that question definitely won't be included any future tests.
The Mantra back then was: "Millions of women die each year..."
Complete nonsense, of course!
Even if it were 1 million a year? It would nearly double the death count for American women. Far and away the #1 killer.
Since it was fiction? It only mattered that it 'sounded good'.
Even today they still chant the mantra, and the Media nods their heads in agreement...

Why? They're doing something people have been doing for hundreds of thousands of years. AMAZING.

That's reserved for women who choose not to work overtime consistently, I think...
