I know you hate the very idea of women, but the entire point of life is to create more life. For that sake, you need them in some capacity.
Its pathetic that things have gone so far downhill that they very thought of having a family upsets you. Take your distaste on the disease dragging us down, rather than the symbols of how much better it once was.
Do we? We can invent machines to do nearly anything, to do things we didn't even consider possible a few years ago, but we still have to be bound by biology to people who hate us?
The only reason people consider the past good is rose-tinted glasses. I can't think of anything worse than providing for a damn parasite.
You are an animal no matter how much you hate it. Evolution takes dozens upon hundreds of generations to change without significant controlled eugenics on tiny populations. We are still barely catching up with changes from the before the Industrial Revolution. We are bound by it no matter how much we rage against it.
And that's why you think the way you do. You consider it parasitical instead of mutualistic symbiotic.
Let me paint you something of my own experience. When I was first on my own I was with a platonic good friend, female, as my roommate. Within 6 months I was doubling her income because I was extremely proficient and in a better field. Because she had less hours, and therefore less money, we struck a deal. I would pay 70%~ of the bills and she was required to do all the house chores. Cleaning, laundry, dishes, errands, etc. Basically she was a housewife. Even had platonic sex.
That's what a wife used to mean. You got to come home from work and everything was done. Your children reared, your house in order, your logistics taken care of. The sheer amount of pressure and stress off your head was immensely valuable.
That's not something you can get now, and I am barely capable of stomaching the idea of marrying a modern woman, but to view the past through your own modern, disgust filled lens is complete bollocks.
