Yeah, but according to the left, if you're black, you're never mentally developed enough to be responsible for your own actions, and even if you are, the system is racist so it's still not their fault.
Literally the only institutionalized racism is against Whites and Asians (basically Indians and Chinese). The irony is that, there is plent of anti black/brown racism according to the actual definition.
But according to the new definition, only whites and asians face racism becuase it has to be "systemic".
There's an argument to be made that this whole mess is as damaging (maybe more) to the black population as it is to the white population on a societal level. Sure, they get handouts and affirmative action and whatnot but the fact remains that the black community has degraded significantly since this whole shit started.
