I mean, I get that he's damaged in the head and rants about this sort of crap all the time, but some context would be nice.
I'm pretty sure he's just triggered that each day more people are wising up to how fucked up these insane activists are and now that people who are simply showing what's happening he wants to claim it's "propaganda."
I'm pretty sure he has a fundamental misunderstanding of what propaganda is exactly. It's most definitely not anything that you personally disagree with; however, that seems to be the definition that people on the left love to use.

Propaganda is putting outright false information into schools history lessons.
Propaganda is hundreds of articles by major news outlets made to villain straight white men, or white people as a whole.
Propaganda is explicitly lying about the dangers of a virus to the masses to incite fear in order to control them. Especially when we know the highest at risk and have methods of protecting them.
Propaganda is labeling anyone who dies with the virus as someone who died from the virus and not openly – and frequently – informing the public of it happening. Propaganda is labeling something that could help treat patients the virus as dangerous because you don't like the person recommending it.
Propaganda is misrepresenting the wage gap as some sort of pernicious problem in society even when it's been thoroughly debunked.
Propaganda is pretending there's some sort of terrible racism running rampant nationwide in police departments, even as all the evidence points to the opposite.
Propaganda is giant corporations promoting social justice causes that have close to no evidence besides anecdotal as being a huge problem
