In the grainy video from almost a block away, he did look black, but up close it appears that assumption may have been wrong. People are saying his name is Jacob Jepson based on his PPD mugshot and Antifa neck tattoo. I just saw it, and this is crazy, he's a loser, so bust him maybe?
