Not on his head, but certainly on his person. As much as I hate this guy, due process is always warranted.
Due process starts with being able to arrest the guy.
If my wording implied specifically that the bounty was for the man dead, that was unintended. I did mean a "drag him here in chains" bounty.
An interesting thought: could it be aiding and abetting a fugitive? Could people who donated be brought up on charges?
