I don't think that's a good idea. At all.
Pretty soon you get into the weeds of - who approved/disapproved of it? What are the criteria for approval/disapproval? What is the process for challenging a approved/disapproved post?
There would need to be a bunch of rules and prohibitions that disallowed some stuff and allowed other stuff.
