Context is why "no context is acceptable, unless you are of a specific background."
Preventing the use of a word in an academic setting, such as a BBC article about an allegedly racist attack prevents knowledge of that context being spread to other individuals, so they understand why “nigger” has such a connotation. Childish euphemisms such as “N-word” detract from it’s historical significance as a slur and it should absolutely be allowed to discussed in such a context. Disallowing any context would mean that it is impossible to discuss the negative history of the word because you are unable to use that word.
