Liberia had the same constitution as the US and people who had experience living with and understanding the same laws. Yet it devolved into what you say. Now Liberia has rampant violence, rape, government corruption. The whole works.
Whatever they call assimilation in the US now [it used to be called "Magic DIrt Theory"] has been completely proven the opposite.
